Meet our founder

Springboard for Success was founded in 2007 by Robin Jones Gifford. Robin desired to share her modeling, scouting, and corporate knowledge with young women in the areas of communication, presentation, interviewing, and etiquette. The curriculum was a merger of the Nancy Bounds Finishing & Modeling School curriculum, owned by Robin’s mother, Doris Jones, and input from Robin’s experience modeling worldwide and as a scout for IMG Models and Elite Model Management in New York City.

Originally Springboard offered personal development and modeling classes, but soon Springboard was supported by Pageant Coaching.  

Springboard boasts hundreds of titleholders across many pageant systems, models, and more young women realizing their dreams in part by using what they’ve learned at Springboard!
