Stella McCartneyBalenciaga I was checking out style.com this weekend to preview what’s up for Spring 2008. Yes, you read right –2008 Spring Collections. It makes me a bit crazy, because I am only now collecting the perfect pieces for Winter 2007!Well, no matter. Here’s the scoop:

1.  Florals, florals and more florals. It will soon be springtime in Paris!
2. Balenciaga was one of my favorites. He brought back structured suits, but in a fun, futuristic way. And, of course, they were done in FLORALS!
3. For beautiful, flowing, young, almost Bohemian looks, don’t miss Stella McCartney. It was quite lovely. One word of caution: if you’re larger busted than a B cup, you probably better look elsewhere. Oh, and the models were smiling!
4. Calvin Klein showed rich, neutrals in grand American style. It looked like Fransisco looked back to the Calvin origins for collection.
5. For gorgeous dresses, Monique Lhuillier blew me away. They are wearable, if you know what I mean. And just beautiful. Go see for yourself.
6. All of you shoe lovers need to watch Marc Jacobs. He did all sorts of odd things with shoes. He’s a showman, what can we say?
7. For fun and more creativity than anyone should be allowed to have, check out John Galliano!

There is too much that is good coming out of the Spring 2008 Collections. It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to say that. Take a peek, but don’t forget, there’s a whole lot of winter wear coming at you!

I can’t get through a winter without talking boots. I LOVE boots. Maybe it’s because I grew up competing in equestrian sports and donned both cowboy and english boots daily. Whatever it is, I can’t get my fill of boots.

So, when I saw these, I had to share. Don’t you just love the fur? Soooo warm.
